GlowUp (“we”, “us”) provides AI face analysis and skincare tracking. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account data (email or sign-in provider), face photos you submit for scans, analysis results, routine and product history, and basic device/analytics events needed to run the service.

How we use it

To generate face scores, personalize coaching, sync your history across devices, improve model quality, prevent abuse, and process purchases where applicable.

Photos

Scan photos are processed to produce scores and insights. Do not upload images of other people without permission. You can delete scans from the app where the feature is available.
